6. FORCE MAJEURE

AMERICALINKTRAVEL LLC shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or itinerary changes caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (hurricanes, earthquakes, storms, floods, fires, volcanic eruptions, etc.)

• Adverse weather conditions

• Operational failures by third-party providers (airlines, hotels, transportation, cruise lines)

• Civil unrest, terrorist acts, pandemics, wars, strikes, or government mandates

• Border closures, airport shutdowns, or restricted tourist sites

In such cases, reasonable alternative solutions will be sought, but no obligation exists for refunds or additional compensation by the agency.

7. TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION

The traveler is solely responsible for having a valid passport, visas, health certificates, travel insurance, and any other documents required for the trip. Failure to meet these requirements shall not constitute grounds for a refund.

8. TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly recommend purchasing international travel insurance that includes coverage for medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost luggage, accidents, and other unforeseen events. Insurance may be mandatory in certain destinations.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

AMERICALINKTRAVEL LLC acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, local operators, etc.) and therefore:

• Is not responsible for errors, defaults, or cancellations attributable to said providers.

• Does not guarantee that services contracted will not be subject to changes by third parties.

• The agency’s maximum liability is limited to the amount effectively paid directly to AMERICALINKTRAVEL LLC by the client.

10. TECHNOLOGICAL WARRANTIES AND SITE USAGE

The website is provided “as is,” with no guarantee of continuous availability, error-free performance, or freedom from viruses or interruptions. By using this site, users accept these risks. AMERICALINKTRAVEL LLC does not guarantee compatibility with all browsers or devices.
